Pixy Burrow is a character from the Out From the Under Universe, the main character of St. Agatha City, and a side character in The Mysterious No Name Girl. In both St. Agatha and The Mysterious No Name Girl, Pixy is an interloper who is new to the city of St. Agatha.

Pixy is a twenty two year old college dropout from a small town in Georgia, who thrives off spontaneity, and has problems settling down or attaching herself to anyone, or anything. As such, a huge life change for her is a compulsive and regular thing, though it's made dating difficult. Hoping for a new beginning, and wanting to get as far from home as she can afford, the hustle and bustle of a city miles from where she started is exactly what she believes she needs.

One night of restless boredom has led her to packing up everything she's owned, terminating her lease, and driving several states over until she ended up smack in the middle of Missouri, in a city she's never heard of before, despite its size. St. Agatha. Having found a cheap yet suitable place to settle down until wanderlust strikes her again, Pixy sets out to explore her new home. And that's where you come in.

Development and Design

Pixy gets a lot of inspiration from the concept of the "manic pixie dream girl" as she is a deconstruction of this trope. Her fashion sense is mostly thrifted, with dyed hair based on Ramona Flowers from Scott Pilgrim.

Pixy has dark brown skin, tightly kinked hair with flat pressed bangs, and large black doe eyes (which I personally will stylize as purple.) She likes bold makeup looks, like glitter and neons, and though her hair is pink right now, Pixy dyes it new and exciting colors frequently! She usually makes or thrifts her own clothes, which leads to some cute but out-there looks.

She is small, and of average weight, carrying some at her stomach. She's also more muscular than her usually baggy sleeves let on, as she played rugby throughout high school and her two year stint at college.

Pixy is an outgoing but enigmatic romantic, who holds her cards close to her chest.

Her favorite movie is Elizabethtown, she was on her high school rugby team, and she struggles to trust anyone completely - especially after the disappearance of her childhood best friend.

Personality

Pixy's favorite colors are green and purple, and she enjoys bold, colorful makeup looks, and never leaves the house without glitter. As such, she never gets the full security deposit back on her apartments, as she can never totally remove all of the spilled glitter.

She enjoys hiking, urban exploration, socializing, and window shopping. She has a knack for meeting new people, making friends, and finding herself in adrenaline pumping situations. Her outgoing, friendly demeanor and optimism makes her easy to like, and her patience and honesty easy to get along with. She can be somewhat blunt, as she often struggles to put her thoughts into words, but she is a gentle, soft person, with a good heart.

Pixy is, despite often being surrounded by friends, a lonely person, and she's looking for a community that genuinely makes her feel like she's home, a sense she's never really had before, but very much yearns to experience. In the mean time, she distracts herself and brushes over her own problems by helping others, which she hopes counts as therapy somehow.

Being the protagonist of a dating sim, there are quite a few different Pixy based ships! Namely the nine focused on in the demo - Baxter, Denver, Ian, Marjory, Mindy, Norman, the No Name Girl, Ross, and Tara - but there are definitely others! Pixy is friendly and a hopeless romantic, and there are few people she doesn't get along with.
